Removal of concrete, asphalt, trees, and select existing appurtenances. Construction includes: installation of concrete trails and walkways, fencing, site furnishings, landscaping, new drainage structure as well as upgrades to existing drainage infrastructure. Site prep and coordination for the install of prefabricated restroom and to include utility connections for restroom. Preparation and coordination for installation of new playground to also include drainage connections and perimeter fencing around playground.

New Construction

Resurfacing of Fifty (50) streets in accordance with details, specifications, and general requirements of the City of Huntsville. The purpose of this bid is to provide for the expedient construction of resurfacing projects as designated by the City of Huntsville, utilizing unit prices for the commonly performed contractor work items.

Traffic signal replacement and pedestrian signals at the intersections of Gay Street and West Church Avenue, Clinch Avenue, Union Avenue and Wall Avenue
