Building: This will be a multiple phase renovation, and the building will remain open, please be mindful of this. Only the food tenant may shut down temporarily, or we may relocate them while we renovate the area.
Site: Please know that in the building addition area, the owner prefers to have all foundation hydro excavated. Please be mindful of this.
General: 1) Please clarify long lead times, substitutions or general construction schedule concerns you have with us. This can help us plan and develop our schedule when communicating with the owner’s rep and team. 2) Please make sure to review all documents included within your plan folder, there is pertinent information in all documents.
Please know that per our pre-bid meeting; with the owner on 9/13/24 at 1pm; we are to not bid any subway interior renovation scope of work. Only the game room, storefront and exterior facades will be in this scope of work. We ask that you plan your bids accordingly, if your have any questions, please reach out.
