Demolition and replacement of the existing home and visitor grandstands with new aluminum bleachers and a press box. The project also includes the renovation of the football field, installation of artificial turf, new sports lighting, and relocation of the existing scoreboard and field equipment. Additional site improvements include the construction of new parking areas, walkways, and fencing around the facility.

Replacement of wood flooring in the existing aerobics room, pool filter system replacement, outdoor leisure pool tile repair, removal of plaster and recoating exposed rebar, replastering the pool, pool lighting replacement, and replacement of the stair tower, platform, and railings at the outdoor leisure pool slide.

Project consists of a new 222 unit, 314,000 sf, 14 building HUD apartment complex. Construction anticipated to start this fall. Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Fayetteville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 249,908-square-foot educational facility; and for the addition of a 21,840-square-foot educational facility. for Fayette County High School - Auxiliary Gymnasium Addition and Athletic Improvements.
