1. Site and Utility Work – grading, concrete and asphalt paving, and landscaping. 2. Building – Includes all materials, building, insulation, electrical, HVAC, floor finishes, painting, plumbing, electrical, and other work incidental to completing the project as shown on the plans. All work must be performed in accordance with and as provided in the Contract Documents, which are on file at the Office of the Architect, Studio Oakley Architects, LLC, 233 Legends Drive, Suite 102, Lebanon, Tennessee 37087.
