Sumner County EMS (22028)

The proposed EMS station in Westmoreland, Tennessee, will support Sumner County EMS with a 6,900 sq. ft. facility designed for up to four personnel per shift on a 4-shift rotation. It features four bunk rooms with individual beds, toilets, and showers, plus ambulance bays, medical storage, a day room, food prep areas, fitness and laundry spaces, and a public restroom. Brief shift overlaps may temporarily increase occupancy to eight. Constructed as Risk Category IV, Type VB, it includes a concrete slab foundation, CMU walls with brick cladding, and a steel joist roof with a membrane. Reviews will follow State Fire Marshal and City of Westmoreland codes.
