Tennessee Crown (22050)

Construction of a 50,000 sf structural steel framed building with concrete tilt wall, as detailed in the Civil, Architectural, and Structural plans and all other attached bid documents. MEPS, contractors are to provide a Design Build proposal, to include, Engineered and Stamped drawings (see details and note in plans, to assist you with some of the requirements). All other trades need to review all bid documents, and submit proposals for all interior and exterior work related to you trade for the 50,000 sf building, with 10,000 sf of cooler space, and 6,000 sf +- of office buildout.
