This is a WAL-MART Neighborhood Market Special Project. Drawings and specifications for this location are available for download. A general scope of work can be found on the Cover sheet of the drawings. Please figure your bid as all work being performed during overnight hours, please bid accordingly. Bids are to be emailed to estimating@rickshipman.com or faxed to 573-624-4510. Please be sure to include the COMPLETE store number (3619-1006), City & State for the project you are bidding. Please be sure to review the Scope of Work General Expectations for your trade. If you have any questions regarding this project, please send us an email or give us a call at (573) 624-5065. NOTE - Rick Shipman Construction Inc. and ANY Subcontractor employed by Rick Shipman Construction Inc. must follow all OSHA & COVID-19 PPE Guidelines, Procedures, Etc.

***Note*** If you are awarded this project, please ensure that RSCI’s project manager receives a copy of your permit. Rick Shipman Construction, Inc. reserves the right to withhold payment until a copy of your permit is received.
