Toyota Field Outfield Building Site Work (22069)

This project consists of selective demolition and excavation of a roughly 8,000 sf area in preparation for a future outfield building addition to the existing Madison Multi-Purpose Facility located at 500 Trash Panda Way. The project also includes the relocation of existing underground utilities within the footprint of excavation, including electrical conduit for site and field lighting, data and low voltage/fiber lines, and irrigation lines. A temporary pedestrian access scaffolding and stair will also be installed to provide the required stadium egress which bypasses the construction zone. The expected completion date is May 2, 2025.
