CES Single Story Structure (21796)

Renovation of an existing single story, 2,760 SF structure at the Cleveland Emergency Shelter in partnership with Bradley County to provide additional sleeping units. Scope of work includes: new windows and doors, fire protection system, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, framing, interior finishes, new roof, insulation, and other work as outlined in the construction documents.
