City Hall Annex Improvements (21800)

Interior renovation of the City Hall Annex Building and replacement of some doors & windows, along with some building envelope repair work and related work as required as outlined in the Contract Documents. The scope includes the ground floor fenestration at the elevator lobby and sidewalk, part of the third floor at the north end of the building, the majority of the fourth floor, and building envelope improvements.
