Public Safety Annex (21954)

The project consists of the interior renovation of an existing 37,895 sq. ft. building located at 230 Business Park Boulevard, which is to become the City of Madison Public Safety Annex building. An approximately 3,600 sq. ft. 2-bay apparatus bay for the Madison Fire Department will be built as part of this effort. The new construction shall consist of a pre-engineered metal building. Work will include but is not limited to minor demolition throughout the building, installation of a new sprinkler system within a portion of the building, site improvement efforts, new mechanical equipment, and electrical power, data, and lighting. Expected completion deadline is May 31, 2025 for the office renovation portion of the project and April 30, 2026 for the Fire Station portion of the project.
