Kelley Building (21967)

The scope of work shall consist of two separate operations including but not limited to the following: Work consists of remodeling and renovation of 5,600 square feet of existing building and constructing new stair and elevator. Most construction trades are required including excavation/earthwork, concrete, masonry, wood framing, miscellaneous metal fabrications, waterproofing, roofing, interior improvements (doors, finishes), elevator, HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
