Palmer Park Pedestrian Bridge (22083)

The project consists of installing two (2) owner-supplied sixty-foot (60 ft) Contech pedestrian bridges to include all incidentals and pouring of concrete decks. Project will include bridge abutments, concrete and asphalt removal/haul off, and installation of new sidewalks; excavation/fill is anticipated with new low cord elevations of the pedestrian bridges. Erosion control and site vegetation are to be included in the project. Contractor is responsible for accepting delivery of and offloading both bridges, constructing access to both pedestrian bridge locations, and installing both bridges. Both sites are to be restored once installation is complete. The project includes all work items necessary to complete the project and must conform to ADA/PROWAG requirements. Contractors must perform work using MUTCD standards for traffic control if required (currently not anticipated). Working days/hours are Monday- Friday 7am to 7pm. Expected completion timeframe is 90 days from notice to proceed.
