Two Renovations to Centre Gym Phase 2 (22134)

The Work consists generally of selective demolition of existing finishes, renovation of the Concession, Lobby, Restrooms and Office areas, new plumbing fixtures, new HVAC systems serving the renovated areas, new lighting and power in the renovated areas, new floor, base and wall finishes in the renovated areas, new partial height cast stone façade and planters, new handrails and painting of the existing P.E.M.B. siding.
