North Lee Trunk Line (22163)

This project consists of the installation of 3,275 linear feet of 24-inch gravity sewer ductile iron pipe, 135 linear feet of 18-inch gravity sewer ductile iron pipe, 560 linear feet of 12-inch gravity sewer ductile iron pipe and 360 linear feet of 12-inch HDPE pipe bursting, as well as 17 new sanitary sewer manholes and all necessary appurtenances. The new sewer trunk line will begin at an existing manhole west of South Mouse Creek and connect to an existing manhole adjacent to King Den Drive. The proposed sewer route requires three creek crossings, a petroleum pipeline crossing as well as crossing through multiple residential back yards.
