Includes site work and new construction of a mixed-use development. Plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; and a water / sewer project. This project is located in a new cantonment. The building is a new wood framed barrack building with detention pond. This is the third barrack on site. Additional information: A one-storey open-bay barrack constructed of metal stud framing with lap siding and an asphalt shingle roof. The building is divided into 4 sleeping quarters with restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities for each bay.
